EXERCISE OPTIONS

Inspire constantly provides many options of small group training for members and nonmembers alike. Small group training varies in its focus from Strongman styled programs to Fat Loss courses. We also offer Aerial Hoop and Aerial Yoga group training. Watch this space for the launch of our Pilates Reformer small group Training later this year. Small group training is often used to compliment one to one personal training or classes from our group fitness timetable.
