An Introduction to the CrossFit methodology, teaching the foundation movements of CrossFit and then complete a workout using these new movements you have learned. Our coaches will provide you feedback and instruction throughout the class to ensure you are moving safely.
We also talk about a variety of fundamental CrossFit principles, including mobility, scaling, nutrition etc.
All newcomers must attend the 3 CrossFit Fundamental classes but they are also ideal for anyone wanting to improve their CrossFit foundation movements.
After the 3 CrossFit Fundamental classes you will have a strong understanding of the foundations of CrossFit and be ready to make the transition into general CrossFit classes.
