Starting as a competitive swimmer and coach, and holding a degree in Sports Science and a Master's in Rehabilitation, her approach emphasizes body awareness and health.

With over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, countless hours dedicated to creating various group classes, and a continuous drive to learn new types of training, I have developed my own unique method. This method combines different disciplines to create the most efficient training experience.


I began my career as a Swimming Coach at the age of 16, following my retirement from competitive swimming. I went on to graduate in Sports Science with a focus on High Performance and completed a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention. This academic and professional journey transformed my vision of fitness into one that's centered on health and body awareness.


To further enhance my approach, I became certified in Mat Pilates and Reformer. My method is designed to be simple and accessible to everyone, incorporating elements of strength, breathing, balance, flexibility, mobility, and endurance into a cohesive and effective workout.


I am here to provide you with the most comprehensive training experience, focusing on overall health and body awareness through a unique blend of disciplines.
