2024 marks my tenth year as a Personal Trainer. My approach to training is eclectic, combining strength training, boxing and Muay Thai for fitness, functional conditioning, and more recently, Reformer Pilates. I believe in offering my clients a variety of training modalities, which include weight training, steady-state and HIIT cardio, as well as mobility and flexibility exercises. Originally from South Africa, I bring a unique skill set and a deep passion for guiding my clients on their fitness journeys. My sessions showcase diversity and engagement, ensuring not only effective training but also instilling valuable skills and enjoyment in every workout.
