I'm here to share the insights gained from my journey through health, life, and movement. Being part of a national contemporary dance team provided a fantastic foundation for understanding my body, making body awareness a top priority in my coaching. I specialize in strength and conditioning, mobility, injury prevention, and PNF stretching therapy, striving to help people move freely, feel strong, and live without pain.


My experience includes nearly ten years of training clients across five different countries, adapting my movement style to deliver optimal results. Everything I offer has been tried and tested on myself, from my days as a professional dancer to becoming a hybrid athlete and personal trainer. I am committed to helping you build healthy habits, grow, and fall in love with your body.
