With a background in gymnastics and powerlifting, she offers personalized coaching in strength, conditioning, and weight loss, tailored to enhance your fitness journey.

I began my journey in sports at the young age of five, initially falling in love with gymnastics and track & field. This early passion led me to discover powerlifting in 2014, where I've been growing ever since. Starting as a dedicated athlete and evolving into a coach, I've found my passion in helping others achieve their fitness goals, whether they're aiming to lose weight, build strength, or simply improve their lifestyle.

I’m a professional powerlifter competing from national levels to the international scene. With a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Physical Sciences and continued education across various sports fields, my specialties extend beyond powerlifting to include strength training, conditioning, and weight loss, with a focus on both strength enhancement and hypertrophy. Being in sports for such a long time has taught me the importance of understanding people’s needs and expectations.

Having worked with many different people from all around the world, I’m now stationed in Kuwait, bringing a world of experience to each session, ensuring a professional, friendly, and challenging environment. I look forward to helping you enhance both your physical and mental health, making your fitness journey enjoyable and transformative.
